专利说明:

The invention relates to a device for releasably coupling a drawer with an extendable rail of a pull-out guide with the features of the preamble of claim 1.
Such a device is shown in the Austrian patent application A 144/2010. By the device, first, the drawer, which is pushed onto the pull-out, are connected to an extendable rail of the pull-out, wherein for this connection in the connection area stop surfaces are arranged, by means of which an automatic locking of the drawer can be done with the rail of the pull-out a release part is provided, by means of which the drawer can be released from the rail again.
By providing that the device mentioned in the introduction has a fastening part and a coupling part whose relative position can be adjusted by an adjustment device, slight inaccuracies in the production of the extension guide or the device or inaccuracy in the assembly in or on a furniture carcass, which mean that the drawer can not be pulled out as desired in the longitudinal direction but slightly inclined to be compensated. In particular, when a plurality of drawers are arranged in a furniture carcass, a clean front image of the furniture body with respect to the lateral alignment of the drawers can be realized with such a device.
The adjusting device has an adjusting wheel, whereby the fastening part and the coupling part of the device can be adjusted to each other by a rotation of the setting wheel. The device itself should have extremely compact dimensions in order to be able to be mounted on the underside of the drawer floor without hindering the assembly and the mobility of a drawer arranged thereunder. For this reason, the components of the device, in particular the adjusting filigree components. If the lateral position of a drawer connected to the rail is now moved by turning the setting wheel, it can happen that the components of the apparatus moving relative to one another tilt, which makes further lateral adjustment more difficult.
The object of the invention is therefore to avoid the above disadvantages and to improve the handling of the device mentioned above. 68167 35 / hn
This is achieved by a device having the features of claim 1.
The inventive device for releasably coupling a drawer with an extendable rail of a pull-out allows in the aforementioned simple manner the assembly or disassembly of the drawer in its entirety to or from the pull-out.
In order to change the position of a drawer connected to the rail in the lateral direction relative to the rail, for example, to correct the joint image of a arranged in a furniture body drawer, it is now provided that the device for releasably coupling a fastened to the drawer attachment part and one with the Rail having couplable coupling part, wherein the coupling part and the fastening part relative to each other are linearly movable and thereby the relative position of the fastening part and the coupling part via a provided in the device for releasably coupling adjustment is adjustable relative to each other, wherein the adjusting means on a coupling part or on the fastening part Having an axis rotatably mounted adjusting wheel.
In the assembled state, in which the drawer is connected to the rail of a pull-out guide, the coupling part of the device provides for the connection of the drawer to the rail by the fastening part of the device is attached to the drawer and the coupling part is detachably connected to the rail. Due to the adjustability of the relative positions of the fastening part and the coupling part to each other according to the invention, the position of the drawer connected to the rail is adjustable relative to the rail in the lateral direction, wherein the lateral direction in the assembled state in a horizontal direction transverse to the longitudinal direction, in which the drawer extendable is, relates.
It can be provided that the fastening part and the coupling part are slidably guided against each other, for example, by appropriately trained stop surfaces, is granted so that the position shift actually takes place in the lateral direction.
Furthermore, it can be provided that the fastening part and the coupling part each comprise a mounting plate, wherein the mounting plate of the fastening part fastening means, e.g. Drill holes for screws, by means of which the fastening part is attachable to the drawer. On the mounting plate of the coupling part • »* · f · * ·« «· ·
Is the coupling element itself, which in the assembled state with the rail of the pull-out guide is engaged stored. For relative positional adjustment of the fastening part and the coupling part to each other can be provided that the adjusting moves the positions of the mounting plates of the fastening part and the mounting plate of the coupling part against each other in the lateral direction.
The pull-out guide can have a carcass rail and a drawer rail, wherein the carcass rail is mounted on a furniture carcass and the drawer rail is extendable along the carcass rail. To assemble the drawer in the furniture body, the drawer is detachably coupled to the drawer rail via the device according to the invention.
Furthermore, it can be provided that a middle rail is arranged between the carcass rail and the drawer rail, by means of which a full extension of the drawer is made possible.
By now according to the invention is provided that the adjusting device comprises at least two axially spaced means for converting a rotational movement of the adjusting wheel in a linear movement of the fastening part relative to the coupling part, the force transmitted by rotation of the adjusting wheel via two axially spaced devices on the fastening part or the coupling part forwarded. It can be provided that the thumbwheel is rotatably mounted on the coupling part and the force is transmitted to the fastening part. However, it can also be provided that the setting wheel is rotatably mounted on the fastening part and a force is transmitted to the coupling part by a rotation of the setting wheel. The distance in the axial direction relates in each case to the axis of rotation of the setting wheel. This axis of rotation can e.g. be aligned substantially parallel to the longitudinal direction of the rail. Due to the axial distance, the force is provided for the movement of the fastening part relative to the coupling part uniformly available, whereby tilting is difficult.
Further advantages of the present invention are defined in the dependent claims.
In an advantageous embodiment of the invention, the adjustment is self-locking, so that after an active adjustment of the drawer relative to the pull-out in the lateral direction an automatic further displacement is prevented. This self-locking can be based, for example, on a frictional engagement of the components of the adjusting device. «» I b I · I * · · * »·· * ·« * · 4 # * »9 ·« · 1 * 4
Additionally or alternatively, a locking device may be provided by means of which the relative position of the fastening part and the coupling part is releasably lockable to each other and also serves to prevent accidental adjustment of the set positions of the fastening part and the coupling part to each other no longer. The locking device may comprise, for example, a clamping action generating eccentric screw or other means.
In one embodiment of the invention, the thumbwheel on two end faces, which are in engagement with each one of the means for converting a rotational movement of the adjusting wheel in a linear movement of the fastening part relative to the coupling part. For this purpose, on the spur gear suitable means such as stop surfaces u. Like. Be provided. By rotation of the setting wheel, the means may be engaged with corresponding counter means on the attachment member or on the coupling member and provide for power transmission.
The setting wheel can be actuated in principle in both directions and thus allows an adjustment in both directions of the drawer.
In one embodiment of the invention, the setting wheel is rotatably mounted on the fastening part. The coupling part is moved linearly by the adjusting device relative to the fastening part and has for this purpose two means for converting the rotational movement of the setting wheel into a linear movement, wherein each of the devices is arranged in each case on a lobe of the coupling part.
In contrast, it is provided in another embodiment that the Stelirad is rotatably mounted on the coupling part and the fastening part has two tabs, on each of which a device for converting the rotational movement of the setting wheel is arranged in a linear movement.
The devices are arranged in these cases as toothed racks or a similar form of teeth or other stop or holding surfaces on the fastening part or on the coupling part. In one embodiment of the invention, the end faces of the setting wheel are formed as spiral disks, which are each in engagement with one of the means for converting the rotary motion into a linear movement, wherein by rotation of the setting wheel and thus the spiral disk, the devices, for example 5 by engagement of the spiral disk in the teeth of the rack are guided for positional displacement of the fastening part relative to the coupling part along the setting wheel. The spiral disk can in the form of helical projections, e.g. be formed on the end faces of the thumbwheel, wherein the screw geometry may be formed such that the adjusting device is self-locking with engaged spiral disk and means for converting the rotational movement. The spiral geometry of the spiral disks on both end sides of the setting wheel can in each case be designed such that the correct functioning of the adjusting device, regardless of the installation direction, i. which spiral disk is engaged with which device is ensured. For this purpose, it is provided that the spiral disks, so the helical projections on the two end faces form a mirror image.
The thumbwheel may comprise two parts, each with one of the means for converting the rotational movement of the thumbwheel in a linear motion engaged when the bevel gear is in the assembled state, wherein the two parts are rotatably connected to each other. It can be provided that on both parts in each case an actuating region is arranged for the setting wheel, which, for example. characterized by increased roughness or external toothing, wherein the adjusting wheel is rotated by rotation of one of the actuating portions. Due to the non-rotatable connection, it is sufficient if only one of the parts of the setting wheel is rotated. The rotational movement is automatically transferred to the second part, whereby both parts convert the rotational movement into a linear movement by engaging with the devices.
The device may further comprise a housing part in which an opening is arranged, wherein at least one actuating portion of a setting wheel to rotate thereof protrudes from the opening, whereby the operating area is particularly easily accessible.
In one embodiment of the invention, the thumbwheel is mounted about a mounting position substantially parallel to the pull-out direction of the drawer, i. rotatably mounted to the longitudinal axis of the rail arranged axis, whereby the rotational movement of the thumbwheel takes place parallel or anti-parallel to the lateral adjustment direction of the drawer relative to the rail.
By the rotatable mounting of the setting wheel about an in mounting position substantially parallel to the pull-out direction of the drawer, i. To the longitudinal direction of the extendable rail arranged axis, it is initially possible to take into account the requirements of a low overall height of the device in a further embodiment of the invention. If the device is at the bottom of a drawer, i. mounted on the drawer bottom, the thumbwheel may have an actuating portion which is arranged on the underside of the device. This operating range, with which the setting wheel can be rotated, is given for example by a roughened lateral surface of the setting wheel or an external toothing. The operating area is generally that area of the setting wheel that has the greatest distance from the drawer bottom at the time of actuation.
The actuating region of a setting wheel, which is rotatably mounted in the mounted position about an axis arranged in the longitudinal direction of the drawer or the extendable rail, is arranged in the region of the lowest point of the setting wheel, for example in that region which is furthest away from the drawer bottom. and is moved in a rotation in a lateral direction. The actuation region, which is given by the lowest point of the setting wheel at the respective time point, thus has a velocity vector during the rotation of the setting wheel, which is aligned essentially in the lateral direction, ie parallel or antiparallel to the front diaphragm.
In this embodiment, it is further provided that the adjusting device comprises a transmission device which transmits the movement of the actuating region provided for rotation of the setting wheel by the adjusting device in a linear movement of the fastening part relative to the coupling part, that the actuating portion and the fastening part relative to the coupling part in move the same direction, an intuitive adjustment for the lateral adjustment of the drawer is created relative to the pull-out.
If the direction of rotation of the wheel operated in both directions is reversed, that is to say the direction of movement of the actuating area is changed, the fastening part also moves in the opposite direction relative to the coupling part, thereby enabling an adjustment in both lateral directions of the drawer relative to the pull-out rail.
If the fastening part is firmly connected to the drawer while the coupling part is coupled to the extendable rail, this means that the drawer also moves in this direction when the operating area moves in the direction of the extendable rail, since the fastening part is due to the transfer device moved relative to the coupling part in the same direction as the operating range of the Steilrads. Upon movement of the actuation area in a direction away from the pull-out rail, the drawer also moves away from the pull-out rail.
As a result, the adjusting wheel is automatically turned in the right direction in a lateral adjustment. If you want the drawer with respect to the rail, i. move the wheelchair to the right with respect to the furniture body, turn the wheel to the right. If you want a shift of the drawer to the left, turn the wheel to the left. In principle, various known devices for converting movements, in particular simple transmissions or gear elements, can be used for the transmission device.
The invention further relates to a device set for releasably coupling a drawer with two extendable, arranged on opposite sides of a furniture body rails each having a pull-out. In this case, the device set comprises a first device for detachably coupling the drawer to the first rail, wherein the first device is designed as described above. A second device for releasably coupling the drawer to the second rail serves to couple the drawer on both sides thereof with the corresponding pull-out rails of a pull-out guide. The pull-out guides to be arranged on both sides of the drawer can each comprise a carcass rail and a drawer rail. Between the body and the drawer rail, a center rail may be arranged. The two devices are respectively mounted on both sides of the drawer, wherein it is preferably provided to arrange the devices in the front region, ie in the region of the front panel.
It can be provided that only the first device has an adjusting device for relative positional displacement of the fastening part and the coupling part. Thus, the drawer is still displaceable relative to the rail in the lateral direction, the second device for releasable coupling in a corresponding manner is also partially movable. The second device has a second fastening part which can be fastened to the drawer and a second coupling part which can be coupled to the rail, wherein the second fastening part and the second coupling part are adapted to fit the *. Relative positional shift of the fastening part and the coupling part of the first device relative to each other are linearly movably mounted "F # ························.
The second coupling part and the second fastening part can be mounted to float in a first embodiment relative to each other. If the relative position of the fastening part and of the coupling part of the first device is adjusted by means of the adjusting device, this leads to a co-movement of the second fastening part or of the second coupling part, so that their relative position is also displaced.
The second device can be constructed essentially the same as the first device except for the adjustment device which is not present in contrast to the first device.
In a further embodiment, however, the second device is also provided with an adjusting device, by means of which a position of the drawer connected to the second rail is adjustable relative to the second rail in the lateral direction, the second adjusting device being movable on a second coupling part or on the second fastening part Having an axis rotatably mounted second adjusting wheel. In addition, at least two axially spaced-apart second means for converting a rotational movement of the second setting wheel are provided in a linear movement of the second fastening part relative to the second coupling part. The second adjusting device can in this case be constructed substantially the same as the first adjusting device and have the same features.
In a further embodiment, it is provided that the second setting wheel is rotatably mounted about an axis arranged in the mounting position substantially parallel to the pull-out of the drawer axis, wherein the second setting wheel, a second actuating portion is provided for rotation of the second setting wheel. Further, the second adjusting device comprises a second transmission device, wherein from this movement of the second actuating portion of the second setting wheel in a linear movement of the second fastening part relative to the second coupling part in the same direction is transferable. The second transmission device thus has the same purpose and the same operation as the above-mentioned transmission device for the first device. The spiral disk (s) of the second setting wheel is or are mirror images of the spiral disk (s) of the setting wheel. In particular, when the thumbwheel itself has two mirror-image formed spiral discs, an identical thumbwheel can be used as a second thumbwheel. • > · · «9
In addition, it can be provided that the second adjusting device has at least two axially spaced apart second means for converting a rotational movement of the second setting wheel in a linear movement of the second fastening part relative to the second coupling part.
In particular, it is provided in one embodiment that the second adjusting device is designed to be self-locking and additionally or alternatively has a locking device, by means of which the relative position of the second fastening part and the second coupling part is releasably lockable to each other.
The invention further relates to a drawer with a device as described above or attached to the drawer as described above device set. The invention also relates to a piece of furniture with at least one such drawer.
Further details and advantages of the present invention will be explained in more detail below with reference to the description of the figures with reference to the drawings. It shows:

The partially broken-away perspective view of FIG. 1 shows a piece of furniture 1 with a plurality of pull-out drawers 2 arranged in a furniture carcass 4, which are mounted in the furniture carcass 4 via two pull-out guides 3 arranged on opposite sides of the furniture carcass 4. The pull-out guides 3 are arranged on opposite side walls 2 c of the drawer 2. The drawer 2 has on its front side a front panel 2a and on its rear side a drawer rear wall 2d. In between, the drawer bottom 2b is arranged.
FIG. 2 a shows a drawer 2 from below, which is coupled at the opposite side walls 2 c, each with a pull-out guide 3, via a first device 5 and a second device 6. For reasons of clarity, the pull-out guides, which are known per se in the prior art, are not shown in this figure. The extension guides 3 each comprise a carcass rail 3 c, 35 c, which are fastened to the furniture body 4, which is also not shown in this figure. The drawer 2 is thereby coupled with a device set according to the invention to the two pull-out guides 3 fastened on opposite sides of the furniture body 4. At the front, lying in the region of the front panel 2a end of the drawer bottom 2 d, the two devices 5, 6 are arranged for releasably coupling to the rail 3 a of a pull-3. Both devices 5, 6 each have an adjusting device, which via a setting wheel 8, a lateral displacement in the direction of the double arrow A of the drawer 2 relative to the • · · * > · * 9 · * * · · I »· * · > »11
Pull-out 3 allows. The devices 5, 6 can be designed in such a way that an adjustment on one side of the drawer 2 is transmitted to the adjustment device located on the other side.
Fig. 2b is a detail view of the first device 5 together with a section of the drawer 2. The operation for detachable coupling of the drawer 2 to a pull-3 is carried out in a similar manner as in the Austrian application A 144/2010. A resilient or spring-loaded latching part 10 can be locked automatically in the course of the assembly process with a rail 3a of a pull-out guide 3. To release the lock, a release part 7 is provided in the form of a manually operated pivot lever, so that the coupling between the device 5 and the extendable rail 3a of the pull-3 is solvable. The pull-out guide 3 is again not shown in this figure for reasons of clarity.
The release part 7 has a housing opening 11, wherein the region of the setting wheel 8 protruding from the opening 11 at the respective time, which is composed of two halves 8a, 8b, represents the actuation region 37 which serves to rotate the setting wheel 8. The outer surfaces of the halves 8a, 8b have a toothing for this purpose, so that a manual rotation of the adjusting wheel 8 is easily possible. Both halves 8a, 8b of the adjusting wheel 8 are rotatably mounted on the fastening part 9 about an axis X arranged parallel to the drawer bottom 2b in the longitudinal direction L of the side walls 2c. The fastening part 9 has fastening holes 16 for fixing the fastening part 9 to the drawer bottom 2b and fastening holes 17 for fixing the fastening part 9 to the front panel 2a. The coupling part 12 includes, among other things, the locking part 10 and the release part 7. The dashed line shown axis X, around which the thumbwheel 8 is rotatably mounted in mounting position, is substantially parallel to the longitudinal direction L shown by the double arrow L of the extendable rail 3a and Drawer 2 aligned. Each outstanding from the opening 11 areas of the two halves 8a, 8b of the thumbwheel 8 serve as an actuating portion 37 for rotating the adjusting wheel eighth
The thumbwheel 8 is connected to the two halves 8a, 8b respectively with a means 27a, 27b for converting a rotational movement of the adjusting wheel 8 in a linear movement of the coupling part 12 relative to the fastening part 9 in engagement. In other words, a rotation of the setting wheel 8 is transferred to a linear movement of the coupling part 12 relative to the fastening part 9. In this case, the fastening part 9 or the coupling part 12 can be actively moved, depending on which of these parts the adjusting wheel 8 is mounted.
* I 12
For guiding the movement, the coupling part 12 has a guide pin 13, which is guided in a slot 14 of the fastening part 9. The bearing 21 of the release part 7 is arranged in a further slot 15 of the fastening part 9 and also serves to guide the linear movement. The fastening part 9 is located relative to the coupling part 12 in the illustrated figure in a first operating position.
Since the fastening part 9 is fixed to the drawer and the coupling part 12 is connected to the pull-out rail 3a in the assembled state, a relative movement between the fastening part 9 and the coupling part 12 results in a relative movement between pull-out rail 3a and drawer 2. An adjusting element 18 with a handle 19 is in the fastening part 9 is slidably mounted in the longitudinal direction of the side wall 2c and serves to adjust the height of the drawer 2 relative to the pull-out guide 3a as known per se in the prior art.
The second device 6, which is arranged on the side of the drawer 2 opposite the first device 5, can be designed substantially the same as the first device 5.
Fig. 3 shows the arrangement of Fig. 2b with the difference that has moved by a rotation of the Stelirades 8 of the coupling part 12 relative to the fastening part 9 in a direction away from the illustrated side wall 2c direction. The device has been transferred to a second operating position, wherein there is no restriction to the two operating positions shown. The relative displacement of the fastening part 9 to the coupling part 12 can be seen on the basis of the guide pin 13, which is in contrast to FIG. 2 a in FIG. 3 in the region of the left end of the elongated hole 14. The same applies to the bearing point 21 in the slot 15. The extension rail 3a is not shown in this figure connected to the coupling part 12 in the assembled state, so that with the coupling part 12 and the rail 3a relative to the fastening part 9 and thus to the drawer 2 has been moved laterally.
Fig. 4a shows the device 5 in a perspective view. The device 5 together with its components corresponds to the embodiment shown in Fig. 2b. It can be seen that portions of the two halves 8a, 8b of the setting wheel 8 protrude from the opening 11, i. protrude beyond the surface of Löseteits 7. These projecting portions serve as the operating portion 37. 13
Fig. 4b shows the device 5 of Fig. 4a in a partially broken view. It can be seen that the latching part 10 has stepped stop surfaces 23 which can be brought into abutment in a known manner at an edge of a recess in the pull-out rail 3a, wherein the stop surfaces 23 are arranged offset in the pull-out of the drawer 2 to each other, whereby a sequential locking the locking part 10 is made possible on the pull-out rail 3a. The locking part 10 is resiliently mounted via a bendable strut 22. By means of the release part 7, the coupled state of the locking part 10 is released.
The detailed view shown in Fig. 4c of the marked A section of Fig. 4b shows a broken view of the adjustment. The fastening part 9 has a housing 24, in which the adjusting device is arranged. The setting wheel 8 has two halves 8a, 8b, which are rotatably connected to each other and are rotatably mounted on a web 25 of the enclosure 24 about an axis, said in the assembled state of the device 5, this axis substantially in the longitudinal direction of the side wall 2c of the drawer 2 and The pull-out guide 3 is arranged.
At the end faces of each of the halves 8a, 8b of the setting wheel 8 there is arranged a spiral disk 26a and 26b, i. the end faces each have helical projections. The spiral disks 26a, 26b, i. the helical projections engage in the toothed racks 27a and 27b, respectively. The toothed strips 27a, 27b are arranged on a respective tab 28a and 28b, which in turn are arranged on the coupling part 12. The tabs 28a, 28b and the coupling part 12 may be integrally formed. A rotation of one of the halves 8a, 8b of the adjusting wheel 8 is automatically transmitted to the other half due to the rotationally fixed connection. The spiral discs 26a and 26b are engaged with the toothed racks 27a and 27b, so that by the rotation of the setting wheel 8, the helical projections of the spiral discs 26a, 26b are guided along the teeth of the toothed ridges 27a, 27b, causing a relative positional shift of the lobes 28a , 28b opposite the enclosure 24 comes. Since the housing 24 fixed to the fastening part 9 and the tabs 28a, 28b are fixedly connected to the coupling part 12, this results in a conversion of the rotational movement of the adjusting wheel 8 in a linear movement of the fastening part 9 relative to the coupling part 12. The tabs 28a, 28b thus serve with the toothed racks 27a, 27b as inventive means 20a, 20b for converting the rotational movement. Visible is also another, arranged in the fastening part 9 slot 30 in which a guide pin 29 of the coupling part is guided slidably also serves to guide movement. 14
Fig. 4d shows the device 5 in a perspective view from below. It can be seen that the tabs 28a, 28b are formed as bent stop surfaces of the coupling part 12 and are therefore made in one piece with the coupling part 12 in this case.
5 shows an exploded view of the components of the device 5. Visible are the Kupplungssteii 9 arranged lobes 28a and 28b, on the inside of each a toothed strip 27a, 27b is arranged with helical projections in the form of a respective spiral disk 26a, 26b on the two halves 8a, 8b of the adjusting wheel 8, which are connected in rotation with each other, are engageable. The fastening part 9, which is mounted on mounting holes 16 and 17 on the drawer 2, has a further toothing 31, which can be brought into engagement with the adjusting element 18 for height adjustment. As can be seen by the dashed lines, serve the guide pins 13 and 29 which are inserted into bores 32 and 33 of the coupling part 12, for connecting the fastening part 9 with the coupling part 12th Since the guide pins 13 and 29 are inserted into the elongated holes 14 and 30 of the fastening part 9, in this connection, however, a limited linear mobility of the fastening part 9 is given relative to the coupling part 12. The elastically yielding piece of material 34 serves to compensate for a difference in length when the pull-out rail 3a is engaged with the coupling part 12.
By means of the adjusting wheel 8, the coupling part 12 and thus connected to this pull-out rail 3a relative to the fastening part 9 and thus connected to this drawer 2 in the direction of the double arrow D. to be moved.
FIG. 6b shows the detail of FIG. 6a marked B in a detailed view. Coupling part 12 and fastening part 9 are in a first operating position.
Figs. 7a and 7b differ from Figs. 6a and 6b in that the coupling member 12 is located relative to the mounting member 9 in a second operating division, i. the Kupplungsteii 12 together with connected pull-out rail 3a has been relative to the Fig. 6a and 6b relative to the fixing member 9 linearly displaced. 15 »« · * «t · m * *
Fig. 8a shows a perspective view of a drawer 2 from below, wherein a pull-3 is shown on a side wall 2c of the drawer 2, while for reasons of clarity on the opposite side wall 2q no pull-3 is shown. One of a first device 5 for releasably coupling a drawer 2 with a pull-out rail 3a of a pull-out 3 opposite second device 6, which also serves for releasably coupling is shown in the coupled with the extendable rail 35a state. In addition, on that side of the drawer 2, on which the pull-out guide 3 is shown, a region of the furniture body 4 is shown, on which the carcass rail 35c of the pull-out guide 3 is fastened.
8b shows the second device 6 together with the area of the drawer 2 or of the furniture carcass 4 in a detailed view. The carcass rail 35 c is attached to the furniture body 4. The pull-out rail 35a movable relative to the carcass rail 35c engages with the second device 6, so that the drawer 2 as a whole is coupled to the pull-out guide 3. Optionally, a middle rail movably mounted between the carcass rail 35c and the extendable rail 35a can be provided. The second device 6 has substantially the same components as the first device 5, with the proviso that the second device 6 is to be arranged on a side of the drawer 2 opposite the first device 5, so that e.g. the release part 7b of the second device 6 for releasing the drawer 2 from the extendable rail 35a is rotated clockwise around the bearing 21b in a bottom view, while the release part 7 of the first device 5 is rotated counterclockwise about the support 21 for release the coupling is turned. In other words, some of the components of the second device 6 are thus mirror-symmetrical to the corresponding components of the first device 5, but have the same function. The second device 6 has, just like the first device 5, a setting wheel which consists of two firmly connectable halves 36a and 36b, and by means of which the second fastening part 9b is linearly movable relative to the coupling part 12b and thus a lateral adjustment of the drawer 2 relative to the pull-out 3 is enabled. The second setting wheel is rotatably mounted on a web 25b of a housing 24b, with a second actuating region protruding from a housing opening 11b or projecting beyond the detaching part 7b.
Recognizable in turn are the longitudinal direction L of the drawer 2, which corresponds to the longitudinal direction L of the extendable rail 35a and the extendable rail 3a and the axis X arranged substantially parallel to this longitudinal direction L about which the two halves 36a, 36b of the second setting wheel are rotatably mounted are. 16
If an adjustment takes place laterally on the first device 5, this movement is transferred to the second device 6, so that the second fastening part 9b also moves relative to the second coupling part 12b in this case as well. It can be seen, moreover, that the joint image of the arranged in the furniture body 4 drawer 2 is not optimal, since the front panel 2 a has a large lateral distance to the outer wall of the furniture body 4.
Figs. 9a and 9b show the same arrangement as Figs. 8a and 8b, but with a rotation of the operating range of the setting wheel 8 or the second setting the drawer 2 together with the front panel 2a in the direction of arrow E relative to the pull-3 and thus relative to Furniture carcass 4 was moved. The joint pattern is much cleaner, since the lateral distance of the front panel 2a to the outer wall of the Möbetkorpus 4 is significantly lower.
10 a shows a schematic view of the functional principle of the invention, a schematic view of a drawer 2 from the front, which is arranged in a furniture carcass 4 and is provided with a device 5. From the furniture body 4 only one side wall is shown. The proportions of this representation do not correspond to the real conditions, but are chosen only for illustrative reasons. The downward from the housing in front standing actuating portion 37 of the adjusting wheel 8 is used to rotate it.
With the device 5, the drawer 2 and thus also connected to the drawer 2 front panel 2a with respect to the extendable rail 3a can be moved in the lateral direction. Since the pull-out rail 3a is movably mounted in a carcass rail 3c, which in turn is arranged on the side wall of the furniture body 4, the device 5 ultimately causes a lateral displacement of the front panel 2a with respect to the furniture carcass 4. The device 5 can thus form a clean joint getting produced. For reasons of clarity, the components of the pull-3 are not shown.
By a rotation of the setting wheel 8 in a first direction of rotation R, a lateral displacement of the front panel 2 a in the direction E to the side wall of the furniture body 4 takes place. The movement of the actuating region 37 takes place at the lowermost region of the setting wheel 8. In this case, the tangential component of the first rotational direction R present there coincides with the direction E. In other words, the movement of the operating area 37
17 coincides with the direction E of the movement of the front panel 2a relative to the furniture body 4. Since the front panel 2 a is fixedly connected to the fastening part 9 and the furniture body 4 is coupled to the coupling part 12 via the carcass rail 3 c and the extendable rail 3 a, the movement of the actuating area 37 also coincides with the movement of the fastening part 9 relative to the coupling part 12.
In Fig. 10b, the setting wheel 8 is rotated in a second direction of rotation S, to which again a movement of the actuating portion 37 at the lowermost end of the setting wheel 8 takes place, this time in the opposite direction of the Fig. 10a explained direction. Again, the movement of the operating portion 37 coincides with the direction F of lateral displacement of the front panel 2a relative to the furniture body 4, which in this case is displaced away from the side wall of the furniture body 4. Since the front panel 2 a is fixedly connected to the fastening part 9 and the furniture body 4 is coupled to the coupling part 12 via the carcass rail 3 c and the extendable rail 3 a, the movement of the actuating area 37 is also correct in this case with the movement of the fastening part 9 relative to Coupling part 12 coincide
It can be seen from FIGS. 10a and 10b that, according to the invention, an intuitively particularly simple adjustment by the device 5 has been created. In order to allow these directions of movement to correspond, the transmission device used in one embodiment of the invention has a corresponding curvature sign on the end faces of the setting wheel 8 on the basis of spiral disks 26a, 26b. On the other hand, if the sign of the curvature is changed, i. a spiral disk 26a, 26b chosen with different "coiled" helical projections, the direction of movement of the fastening part 9 rotates relative to the coupling part 12 in the same direction of rotation of the setting wheel 8.
11 a shows a perspective view of the fastening part 9, on which an adjusting wheel 8 consisting of two halves 8 a, 8 b is rotatably mounted within a housing 24 on a web 25. The majority of the fastening part 9 is in the form of a mounting plate. Visible are the drill holes 16, with which the fastening part 9 can be fastened to the drawer bottom 2b.
Fig. 11 b shows a perspective view of the fastening part 9 with rotatably mounted adjusting wheel 8 from a different angle. Here, the holes 17 can be seen, with which the fastening part 9 can be fastened to the front panel 2a. 18
11c shows the detail marked G in FIG. 11a in a detail view. Visible are arranged on the end faces of the thumbwheel 8 spiral discs 26a, 26b in the form of helical projections. The two halves of the setting wheel 8a, 8b each have an outer toothing, so that the setting wheel 8 can be operated more easily. In Fig. 11b it can be seen that a part of the setting wheel 8 protrudes from the housing 24. This projecting or projecting area serves as the operating area of the setting wheel. The two halves 8a, 8b are rotatably connected to each other and rotatably mounted on a web 25.
Fig. 12a shows a perspective view of the fastening part 9 without the setting wheel 8. Recognizable in particular is the web 25 on which the setting wheel 8 is rotatably mounted.
12b shows a perspective view of the setting wheel 8 consisting of two halves 8a, 8b. The spiral disk 26a, which is designed in the form of helical projections, is particularly readily recognizable. The arranged on the second half 8b spiral disk 26b is formed in mirror image.
In Fig. 12b is an exploded view of the setting wheel 8 is shown. The two halves 8a, 8b are rotatably connected to each other, wherein the rotationally fixed connection can be realized with known per se in the prior art means. For example, a locking connection or a snap connection is conceivable. Thus, it may be provided to arrange a bolt 40 on one half, which engages against rotation via a recess or bearing point of the web 25 in a arranged on the other half of the adjusting wheel 8 antidote.
